Return policy

We have a 15-day return policy, i.e. you have 15 calendar days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with unopened seals, tags and in its original packaging, in order for it to be accepted for return. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate the return process, you must send an email to tiendaonline@mariaduol.com. Returns that have not been previously approved will not be accepted.


If the return is accepted, we will notify you in the same email from which you have made the query. The cost of the return shipment is always charged to the customer and you will have to send it to the following address:

Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card issuer to process and issue the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received any news, please contact us at tiendaonline@mariaduol.com.

Incidents with orders: damage and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if you detect that the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (no incidents will be accepted more than 2 working days after receipt of the order).

Take a photo (of the packaging, of the products) so that we can assess the problem and solve it, and send it to us by email to: tiendaonline@mariaduol.com.

Once the checks have been carried out, we will contact you in the same email from which you made the enquiry to tell you how to proceed. If the replacement is necessary, we will arrange the collection and reshipment.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
